The Ingenuity Pathways Analysis (IPA)

  • Identifies key molecular pathways, networks, and biological functions linked to genes and proteins.

  • Predicts downstream effects on biological systems and disease models

  • Compares pathway changes across different experimental conditions

The Ingenuity Variant Analysis (IVA)

•    Enables upload and filtering of genetic variant data from VCF files.
•    Uses a curated knowledge base to associate variants with biological function.
•    Supports discovery of causal genetic interactions using network analytics.

CLC LOGO

The CLC genomics Workbench & Server:

•    Offers tools for resequencing, variant discovery, RNA-seq, and de novo assembly.
•    Supports epigenomic analyses (e.g., Bisulfite sequencing, ChIP-seq).
•    Includes tools for microbial genomics, structural prediction, and differential expression analysis.
