CCRHD provide research support services to investigators at the UPR Medical Sciences Campus. An electronic service request system (Ticket System) facilitate, document and track research support services.

The system requires:

• the users fill an electronic survey form to register in our user database (users will receive a user_name and password to access the electronic ticket system) – only one time 
   
• after the account is registered, the user can create as many tickets as they need 
   
• all communications related to the created ticket are automatically managed by regular email 
   
• once the service is completed, the ticket is closed (resolved). 
   

Once the account is created a Reference Manual of How to use the E-ticket System will be sent to the new user for more details.
