    • Processed samples are run in the Q-Exactive Plus
    • Peptide sequences and charge states must be provided using previous (non-targeted) mass spectrometry data

Notes:

  • An initial consultation with Dr. Loyda M. Meléndez and Staff is required to determine the experimental approach. 
  • Quantitative Proteomics by TMT Labelling requires a supply kit ($3,000 x 30 samples) included in the final Invoice.
  • Requires Bio-informatics analysis. Data generated by Mass Spectrometry will be transferred directly to Dr. Abiel Roche’s facility. Additional costs apply that should be coordinated with Dr. Roche.
