Full-spectrum, UV-Vis spectrophotometer used to quantify and assess purity of DNA, RNA, Protein and more. The NanoDrop 2000 is the only microvolume spectrophotometer with sample retention technology that measure sample volumes as small as 0.5μL.
Beckman UV-Vis 730 Spectrophotometer
Using a focused beam design, the DU730 narrow bandwidth allows scans of small samples at a superior resolution. The narrow beam eliminates the need for masking, and by using the entirety of the energy, a wide dynamic range and linearity are achieved. This Spectrophotometer is intuitive to navigate, using a touch-based interface, and powerful but simple software servicing a wide array of applications. Applications including fixed wavelength, wavelength scan, kinetics over time, single-component analysis, protein assay analysis, nucleic acid analysis, dye incorporation, and DNA/protein tools. A 7-Cell Carousel and a Peltier Temperature Control Module are available to users.
