IMPORTANT DATES

Please keep the following dates in mind when planning to attend and present an abstract during the 2024 RCMI Consortium National Conference:

• 11:59 PM EST 02/22/2024 - Early-Bird Registration Ends: When registering online for the conference, you have the opportunity to pay by Credit Card or Institution/ Business Check (no personal checks accepted). If payment is not received by the respected discount deadline, then your balance will be adjusted to the prevailing rates according to the timeline as posted online.
   
   
• 11:59 PM EST 02/22/2024 - Abstract Submission Deadline: All abstracts must be submitted electronically via the online form. It is the author's responsibility to see that the Abstract Submittal Guidelines are followed prior to submission.
   
• 11:59 PM EST 03/14/2024 - Abstract Selection Notifications: Abstracts selected for poster presentation will receive notification emails no later than Thursday, March 7, 2024. If you have not received an email detailing the status of your submission (remember to check your filtered mail folder), please call +1.404.559.6191.
   
• 11:59 PM EDT 03/21/2024 - Presenter Responses Due: Abstracts for whom presenters do not respond and provide required details as noted in their acceptance correspondence by 11:59 PM EST March 21, 2024, will NOT be included in any conference material (printed nor digital).
   
• 5:00 PM EDT 03/29/2024 - Lodging Discount Deadline: Events for the RCMI 2024 National Conference will convene at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda Hotel. The Hyatt Regency Bethesda will also be the host hotel for lodging. Attendees are responsible for their own expenses related to travel, parking, lodging, and any other incidental charges. Discounted rooms are based on hotel availability. It is at the hotel's discretion whether to accept additional reservations, which will be subject to prevailing rates and availability.
   
• 11:59 PM EDT 03/29/2024 - Ad Artwork Due: All advertisement artwork must be received no later than 11:59 PM EDT on March 29, 2024, to be featured in the Program Syllabus. Submit artwork when registering or send transfer links (Dropbox or WeTransfer) to sponsors@rcmiconf.com.
   
• 11:59 PM EDT 04/15/2024 - Speaker Presentations Due: Slide presentations must be submitted PRIOR to the conference using the upload link in your speaker correspondence. Presentations will NOT be accepted via email nor on-site, neither will the use of personal computers nor storage devices be allowed.
   
• 6:00 PM EDT 04/28/2024 - Principal Investigators Association Meeting (Closed): The RCMI Principal Investigators Association meeting will convene between 6-8 PM EDT on April 28, 2024.
   
• 7:00 AM EDT 04/29/2024 - Conference Begins: Conference programming begins on Monday, April 29, 2024, at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda Hotel. Make sure you have secured your registration and lodging.
