BioCOM in the Community

BioCOM in the Community. On December 13th, graduate students from the BioCOM project visited the Dominican House in San Juan, a community facility. The objective of the visit was to share information on health conditions currently affecting the Puerto Rican elderly population. Conditions addressed included Influenza, COVID-19, and Dengue. In their presentation, BioCOM students emphasized prevention, symptoms and available treatments for these conditions. All participants (100%) were satisfied or very satisf
