As part of their Neurosciences course, the first year medical students prepared poster presentations on some aspects of neuroscience, either clinical or basic science, which they wanted to explore more thoroughly. The annual RCMI Molecular Biology Workshop was held on March 24 and 25, 1999 at the University of Puerto Rico Medical Sciences Campus (UPR-MSC). This year the workshop was titled Learning How to Use the GCG Wisconsin Package, and it was sponsored by the Medical Sciences Campus RCMI Program, with partial support from the Dean of Academic Affairs, and the Department of Biochemistry of the UPR School of Medicine.
