Dr. María José Crespo is Designated Fellow

Dr. María José Crespo of the Pharmacology Department at the UPR Medical Sciences Campus was recently selected for the privileged position of Fellow of the Council on Basic Cardiovascular Sciences of the American Heart Association. This elite membership entitles Dr. Crespo to use the designation F.A.H.A. (Fellow of the American Heart Association) and reflects not only her professional stature, but also her record of valuable service to the Association and to the Council. The F.A.H.A. designation recognizes leaders in basic and/or clinical cardiology.

We congratulate Dr. Crespo for this distinction!
