Recent Publication from the RCMI ProgramThe paper HPLC–MS/MS method for the intracellular determination of ribavirin monophosphate and ribavirin triphosphate in CEMss cells was recently published in the Journal of Pharmaceutical and Biomedical Analysis by a team that includes Dr. José F. Rodríguez-Orengo, Professor of Biochemistry at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine. AUTM Eastern Region MeetingThe AUTM 2009 Eastern Region Meeting “Going Global: Innovation without Borders” was held in San Juan, Puerto Rico on June 15-17, 2009. Puerto Rico was identified as a location that facilitates the interaction among North American and non-North American members and fosters the exchange of information on different technology transfer approaches. 2009 BIO International ConventionAccording to BIO President and CEO Jim C Greenwood, the 2009 BIO International Convention “brought together thousands of leaders from industry, government, academia and other disciplines who are working to solve some of society’s greatest challenges”.
