Integrating clinical genomic data has proven to be an effective means of achieving focused
discovery and faster validation in genomic studies. Affymetrix’ integrated solutions provide
powerful tools for unlocking the human genome, by allowing you to study copy number, allelespecific
copy number, loss of heterozygosity, gene expression, exon expression and
alternative splicing data using a single sample and only two arrays—the Exon 1.0 ST Array
and the SNP Array 6.0.
